What Is The Opposite of Birth Control?

Is it this?

Because, dang.

Gabriel on Christmas Morning
I mean, seriously.

My nephew Gabriel almost makes me forget all my stuff about how I'm so glad my kids are older and getting more independent and blah blah blah...look at all that soft baby chub!

My own kids are cute, too, I guess, if you like them all big like that. Their legs are really long and they talk constantly.

Tennis Racquet Cover
LJ got a cover for her tennis racquet.

More Legos
Hank got most of the Legos in the world.
Just didn't want to let the Christmas season go by without sharing a few pics. More are here.

If you have been persuaded by viewing the adorable baby, it is Saturday night! Go get on it! And be sure to report back!

I'll be one year short of half a century this year, but I still have the urge.

Dang. That is one cute baby.

OMG, so cute...I want [to cuddle him and GIVE HIM BACK]. I don't get the pang often anymore, thank goodness.

Yes on the long legs and the constant talking, though. What is up with that?? I mean, I'M the one who talks incessantly, how can they talk MORE?

But kids are so much more cuddle-able when you don't have to take them home :-) Once was enough for me!

Your daughter has a gorgeous smile.

While I wouldn't want to HAVE one of those, I would certainly love squeezing one! So cute.

Going back to your daughter's Power Point presentation; did she receive a new day bed for Christmas? I was just curious about the success of campaign.

Allison, she did, though it wasn't a Christmas morning surprise. Her grandmother gave her a daybed from her house--we brought it home at Thanksgiving--and her other grandma gave her the duvet set on Xmas morning. And we still need to reassemble the daybed.

Oh, geez, too sweet and that would totally do it if I didn't need a painkiller just to laugh right now...that is one cute baby!

Becky! Three boys and the little ones only 14 months apart at the young ages of 2 and 3...all this to say that all my cuddle time with Gabriel made ME want another one! Immediately. He is too precious.

I was at Banana Republic today and there was a woman in line with me with a 6 month old. He was in the stroller crying and desperately trying to get out-- the whole arching the back thing, and it was so funny. Remember how that was so not funny when you had a baby? And then she picked him up and he snuggled into her shoulder and smiled at me while I made faces at him. I miss those little snuggles. But I don't miss the fatigue, spit up, drool, relentless schedule and a million other things.

He is a reason to skip the pill for sure but your kids are absolutely darling to even if they are tall and talk a lot! (;
