braden08Sorry, but a real redneck would not actually BUY a slip-n-slide.
A true redneck would use old air mattresses with leaks in them!
AND...his last words would be ..."Hey, y'all..watch this!"

Man, I'm not gonna let Jude see this! Last year, he talked me into attaching his slip 'n' slide to the bottom of his slide, and he almost broke his neck. Several times. You're a good woman.

Awesome! That looks like serious fun. Now all you need are some dawgs up under there.

LOL Marie! The air mattress thing is so true.

My slip n slide is rotting in the corner of the yard, along with our baby pool. I'm totally doing this tomorrow for play group. Thank you. :)

Hank is a cutie.

Excellent.

I hope you have a keg of Pabst hidden behind the shed, or I'm going to have to subtract a couple of redneck percentage points.

Ha! And a bottle of Wild Turkey hidden in the toilet tank.

I'll be right over, with my Vienna sausages.

I LOVE this. It's much better than this redneck slide, that I saw on Tosh.0. There is some serious insight into humanity on that show. Here's the slide: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_eRKguz9v6A

A slip n slide doesn't survive long with older kids, so we've been known to use a huge heavy duty tarp and lay it on the slope in our front yard. Spray it down with water and you have yet another style of a redneck water park. ;o)

I have wanted to do what Sugar Mama describes--we have the perfect slope in back yard. Hubs will not go for it--says it will ruin the grass. Darn it, I will never get to be a married redneck!!
But Becky, we do have some Wild Turkey--not bad with Coke, not bad at all.
